EICR’s & PAT Testing
As a business in Scotland, you must take reasonable care to ensure all devices provided for use in the workplace are safe and operational.
Portable Appliance Testing, covers both a formal visual inspection as well as a machine test to see if power is being drawn correctly
We advise testing be conducted annually.
Furthermore you must ensure your electrical installation is examined thoroughly every five years.
This must be done by a qualified electrician and is a requirement for all businesses with premises.

Legionella Risk Assessment
Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (HSWA) employers must ensure that the water system is safe to use in a work premise.
Legionella is a potentially lethal bacteria, therefore, a Legionella Risk Assessment is required for businesses with any type of water system.
We advise this be undertaken every 2-3 years.
We will not test complex water systems.
